Barrus is an NPC.

Notes

This character has been in the game since ???.

Lieutenant Barrus stands watch before the exit of the Hall of Heroes. He awards eligible knights their Star Certification, and has replaced the Spiral Wardens who were once responsible for granting knights tier clearance. However, his role is the same.
