Crimson's Rules

Recruiting

The foundation of any guild's success is recruitment. Without recruitment a guild has fewer members which means lower capital and guild popularity. We have no recruitment cap as mass recruitment increases capital and then those who don't fit in or help the guild in any way can be removed from the guild to siphon down the numbers.

Ranking

Recruit

All newly recruited guildees shall automatically be members.

Member

Recruit has been in the guild for 7 days and is generally accepted in the guild. If a recruit is not accepted in the guild for whatever reason they shall be removed, for both their sake and ours. If a player does not fit in a guild then they'd be better off in a guild they do fit into and we as a guild would rather have more space to recruit than a player who is not truly part of the guild taking numbers. Promotion of Recruits to Member is automatically done by Officers or Guild Masters. Members have to pay 1k a week to the guild treasury.

Veteran

In order to be considered for the rank of Veteran, a Member must be consistently active (if you have a reason for being offline, inform Kirin. Preferably do so beforehand.) and be fully up-to-date with their payments to the guild. Veterans must have access to Tier 2 at the least. The test for becoming a Veteran consists of one depth of either Jake or Rormy over-watched by either an Officer or a Guild Master. The participant will automatically fail if they die. If the guildee is wearing higher gear * then they will be expected to play more depths respective to the increase. Every month or so Veterans and above will be maintenance tested through clockworks runs with higher ranks. Veterans must be popular in the guild. A Member is allowed to take the Veteran test no more than once a week as repetitive testing is a boring way for an Officer to spend their time. Veterans are expected to pay 3k a week into the guild.

Officer

Officers must have access to Tier 3 and be capable of completing FSC. When running Vana you must at least run two depths, with the same constraints as the Veteran test. The second part of this test is a test of weaponry, monsters and general SK knowledge. Then you must be liked and voted by the guild in a meeting. Officers must be willing to help whenever they are online, unless they are busy IE: Crafting, currently in a run, conversing or in Blast or Lock; etc. Officers are expected to pay 5k a week. If there are no Guild Masters online the Officers are expected to be responsible of the guild.

Guild Master

Currently there are only two Guild Masters, but 3 guild masters is ideal. To become a Guild Master you must pass all the previous tests and be deemed worthy by current Guild Masters, because to become a Guild master is not a strict stringent assessment like the other tests, it has to be a situational promotion.

General Behaviour

All of Crimson's members will be expected to keep foul language to a minimum and any insulting language is strictly prohibited. Remember that just because you don't find something offensive, doesn't mean others don't. Be 100% sure that what you say doesn't harm anyone before you say it. If someone in Crimson above you tells you to do something then do it (yes, this does include jumping cliffs). Respecting and adhering to those above you (is that the right word?) is important and those who don't will have their faces metaphorically ripped from their skulls and fed to them through a tube in their ripped off nostril.

Communication

As a member of Crimson you will always have some thought of how you want the guild to be. Don't just sit there mumbling on your private chat to someone outside of the guild about any differences between the guild and your ideals, tell the higher ups so they can consider the changes you imply. A guild is at-least 20 people, not 2 or 3.
