The Electron Charge is a 3-star bomb.
Description
A small electro-explosive charge with mysterious origins. It is capable of generating a crippling vortex of electricity.
Attacks
Creates a vortex that sucks in enemies within range, and finishes with a small, slightly damaging explosion. The secondary blast has a chance of causing Shock. It's knockback is the same as the Graviton Vortex. It does not suck in Lumbers, Lichen Colonies, and Trojans.
In Lockdown, the vortex sucks in any players in range, regardless of their team. It can also suck in the bomber if he or she doesn't escape the blast radius fast enough.
