Everyone knows that each Stranger in haven has a snipe on their person. There are two Exception, that being Hailoh and Basil, the stranger near the entrance and the traveling merchant respectively. Hailoh is being watched by many snipes in the local vicinity of him. And well, Basil is the only Stranger who really moves about (In theory, or he could just be occupying the same space forever). From what i noticed the game takes the client settings from your already installed SK, the language will be English unless you log in from Asia i guess, they didn't have the steam promo with the hats and the promo that was on the forum i didn't have the luck to see if it actually exists, spectate doesn't exist and character limit didn't allow for a long name such as Enclavean, while i mention him, he posted a video on [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYGRe5BZzj8 how to join the asian server].
