About Us

pha·lanx

noun

1. (in ancient Macedonia) a group of heavily armed infantry formed in ranks and files close and deep, with shields joined and long spears overlapping.

2. any body of troops in close array.

3. a number of individuals, especially persons united for a common purpose.

History

In the wake of Guild's death, Phalanx was established for what members were left. Phalanx would be built on the original ideals of Guild; to act like a true guild and be a closeknit, friendly group out to have fun and help each other. These very ideals are what inspired the name Phalanx.

Bad times would soon follow, and a batch of guild hoppers would come and go, and take several with them. Soon after, Magnus had left for a long period of time. As Halloween approached, news of an event where giftboxes could be earned rather than only bought spread, Phalanx was suddenly brought back to life with a surge of activity. Several old members returned, along with older Guild members, all banding together for some simple fun.
