My main concern is making sure we don't cater the wiki to people who don't read it. After we finish more pressing projects, I'll design something I think will work - it will involve the icon for the Mysterious Alchemy Machine. Feel free to design something in the Sandbox for us to vote on, too. -Novaster 01:18, 2 April 2015 (UTC)

I think 3 is my option, i like expiring and reskin header (specially reskin) buuuut i had found "Event" tag kinda annoying at some point, they do their job buuuuut i think they create more problems xD. I would like something that doesnt look like the header of reskin or expiring, but smaller and simple, like an icon "alert-like" with bold/cursive text and the link to the Event. not that "huge" beige block --Hikaru 22:37, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

We are going to phase out this template's usage in the mainspace based on votes and discussion above. With clear descriptions in an item's acquisition section, it should be clear to players which items need focus during which events, without a large header in the way. A few of us have been muttering about improving the look of the recipe template, and that would involve usage of alchemy machine icons, which should further emphasize the relationship of an item with an event. This project is far down the road for us, though, especially with the current projects we're working on (NPCs, Mission pages, and Monsters), but woopie all the same. --Novaster 23:03, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

Template Usage

We are going to phase out this template's usage in the mainspace based on votes and discussion above. With clear descriptions in an item's acquisition section, it should be clear to players which items need focus during which events, without a large header in the way. A few of us have been muttering about improving the look of the recipe template, and that would involve usage of alchemy machine icons, which should further emphasize the relationship of an item with an event. This project is far down the road for us, though, especially with the current projects we're working on (NPCs, Mission pages, and Monsters), but woopie all the same. --Novaster 23:03, 12 October 2015 (UTC)
