About categories:

Italicized links indicate pages that are redirected, likely to a list page with similar items.
If something is listed under lowercase "o", then it is Obsolete. Obsolete entities are retained on this wiki for historical note.

These images are icons from the game. Please use the appropriate template to tag images during or after uploading. For icons, the tag is {{icon image|type}}

"Type" is optional - it just helps organize the very large number of images below. Most icons are grouped together in lists on published pages around the wiki.

Organization

This organization helps prevent confusion regarding filenames and template mishaps as well as game changes over time. Most importantly, it should help prevent duplicate uploads - sometimes a file exists already, but editors just can't find it and upload another one - uploading duplicates isn't ideal.

It is best to keep "types" simple and as generalized as possible. Please always use lowercase letters.

All "1" does is group to the top of this category so editors can find these right away without more clicks, this type only applies to various specialized icons that are almost wiki images but not quite

Consistently named icons (such as "gate" and "crafting" and so on) really do not need their type in the tag. If there are wayward icons (like File:Locked Achievement.png), give them a makeshift type that forces them to be grouped - for "File:Locked Achievement.png", the "type" would be "achievement" so it gets grouped with achievements.
