Basil

Description

Basil is a Stranger merchant. Unlike most Strangers, he ventures into the Clockworks and can be found throughout, selling wares to knights.

He sells a list of recipes which is randomly created for each adventuring party when they go down from Haven; his inventory is different at every visit, even at the same depth or terminal. He currently only appears at terminals between subtowns and Mission lobbies. All knights in an adventuring party will be offered the same recipe list.
