Order Of Dragonlance
GuildLogo-Order Of Dragonlance.jpg

Stupid deaths are stupid.

Guild Founder: Photonshadow

Owis372

General-Tec

Approx. Population: 5

MAIN GOAL

To be a respectable guild. One that is very skilled. Willing and able to help others as they see fit.

COSTUME

Reason for outfit is we would like to be known by a specific costume. This will be required for those of Veteran Rank and higher...right not it's not because I'm still looking to get it. This is a Costume NOT your actual gear unless you really want it to be. You of course are allowed to put custom things on it. (wings, badges, auras, etc)

COSTUME HELM: Divine Veil

COSTUME ARMOR: Valkyrie Mail

THE BEGINNING

This guild came about by myself (photonshadow), Owis372, and General-Tec. We all started as a noob. That's how everyone starts and that's why we won't say no to a new player who wants to join. You might be wondering about our motto. Well there is a story behind it. Every time we play together the one thing all of us really got annoyed by was dying of the stupid spikes. So all of us would say back and forth "No stupid deaths." Meaning try not to die of spikes because its lame. And of course right about the time one of us would say it...we would of course die either of the spikes or something else.

PLAYER LISTS

WHAT WE THINK MAKES OR BREAKS A GUILD

Player activity and crowns. Therefore we would like each member to pay a weekly fee to help our guild flourish. The middle column is what we would like each week. The third column is the amount you MUST pay each week for upkeep. Our day of upkeep is every Tuesday.

NOTE 1: Everyone is to have the amount for upkeep in before upkeep is taken.
NOTE 2: Obviously no one has the perfect life and can play every time they planned to. After telling a GM or Officer the reason why
you were unable to pay, it will be excused.
-IF THIS BECOMES A HABIT PENALTIES WILL BE PUT INTO ACTION-
NOTE 3: Reason why higher rank pays more is because the rank means your playing more so it will be easy for you to pay that amount.
NOTE 4: We will notify everyone what the upkeep is and how much your rank portion is.
NOTE 5: The left column (Cr/Week) is the recommended minimum amount an active member should be able to donate each week
        to help expand the guild.
NOTE 6: Upkeep fee is the only REQUIRED part of the guild. You can join the guild and only pay upkeep fee but if you want to go
up within the guild you should plan to help more and take part in are Guild party events.
Rank Cr/Wk Upkeep
Recruit 750
Members 1000
Veterans 1250 U / M = AEP
Officers 1500
Guild Masters 2000

RULES

1. Pay your part.

2. No swearing in guild chat (use of the words "dang" and so on are fine)

3. There is no reason for disrespecting any guild member no matter the rank.

4. Think when helping another player. Don’t be caught in a scam that will hurt the guild in any way, and DO NOT scam and bring a bad name on the guild.

5. This is not an obligation you are allowed to quit when you'd like. We would like to know why, if it is possible.

PROMOTIONS/DEMOTIONS

If interested in promotions see an Officer or Guild Master. Promotions based more on activity than rank. Done in guild hall with player being promoted, 2 Officers, and 1 GM or 3 GMs. Fair: 2-4 day/wk High: 5-7 day/wk

RECRUIT

1. Any one wanting to join our guild can join and will be a recruit.

2. We would like for you to donate 750 crowns a week to the guild. (This is not on top of upkeep but pay the difference between this and upkeep.)

MEMBERS

1. This is a Recruit who wants to be involved more in the guild.

2. Must be fairly active playing the game.

3. We would like for you to donate 1000 crowns a week. (This is not on top of upkeep but pay the difference between this and upkeep.)

VETERANS

1. This is a Member who has proven that they are helping the guild and others often.

2. Must be a highly active player. Not just in the game but especially in the guild.

3. Must play with others in the guild so we can get to know how you play and interact with others.

4. We would like for you to donate 1250 crowns a week. (This is not on top of upkeep but pay the difference between this and upkeep.)

OFFICERS

1. This is a Veteran who GMs see are being nice to others in the guild.

2. One who is now leading others, able to stand by them self.

3. They also are upholding the other rank qualities (xcluding payment).

4. There will be a limited amount of Officers. I’d like to have 1 Officer for every 10-15 people in the guild.

5. We would like for you to donate 1500 crowns a week. (This is not on top of upkeep but pay the difference between this and upkeep.)

GUILD MASTERS

1. This is an Officer who stands out among the other Officers.

2. Must be known and respected by other members in the guild.

3. A person interested in being a GM will be evaluated over a period of time after telling another GM they are interested. If said player is asked to be a GM, they will still need to be evaluated after they accept it.

4. There will be only a certain number of GMs. I’d like to have 1 GM for every 25-30 people in the guild.

5. We would like you to donate 2000 crowns a week. (This is not on top of upkeep but pay the difference between this and upkeep.)

Demotion Rules

1. Not active enough to be of that rank. Each player is allowed 7 days of absense in a row, without telling an Officer or GM, every month before demotion. We understand there may be something that comes up and doesn’t even give you time to tell someone.

2. Not giving to the guild upkeep for 2-3 straight weeks.

3. No one is allowed to demote a player without the above requirements for promotions. If someone does, the demoter will be demoted and the demoted will be promoted back and then a potential candidate for higher.

MEETINGS

All meetings will be announced a day or so ahead of time. Any decisions are decided by Officers and GMs. Any member can be present and we will value their input but the final decisions are made by Officers and GMs only.

RUNS

Jelly King run, Roarmulus Twins, or Firestorm Citadel will probably be done daily. These are high paying runs so when you need crowns for paying your upkeep portion or for self interest these should be done. I would like at some time to start having a meeting of guild members that get together to do a run or so. This might be the perfect time for some to acquire their crowns for the week. If you want more people in a run your doing just ask, hopefully someone is available.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

We have nothing against anyone who wants to join as long as we have enough room. The player being recruited is subject to answer all of group 1 questions and 2 of group 2 questions. If you haven't been invited and would like to join, you can send a mail to any Officer or GM listed with the answers numbered as the question.

Group 1
1. How often do you play?
2. What are you looking for in a guild?
3. How did you find out about us?

Group 2
1. What's your favorite mythical creature? (dragon, unicorn, fairy, phoenix, etc.)
2. What country are you from?
3. Do you prefer Apple or HP?
4. If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
5. What do you think makes or breaks a guild?
