Introduction

Welcome to Halcyons guild page! Halcyons was founded by Scirio August 22 2013, disbanded in January the following year, and then reformed in February the same year. Our guild is a tight knit community of people with focus on having fun. We frequently play Shadow Lairs, Lockdown, and other games together.

The guild is mainly European. People from other regions are accepted but timezones may cause issues for such players. Halcyons frequently chats outside of the game through Facebook. A group and group chat are available to members of the guild.

Ranks and applications

• Recruit: receive an invitation to the guild
• Member: active for five days
• Veteran: active for two weeks
• Officer: write an application for it

To join the guild, please go to our site and you should be able to apply by clicking the apply button in the recruitment box found on the left side of the page.

Rules

• The amount of fun you'll have in Halcyons = (the amount of bs you can take * LD skill) - banter / your time zone

• Never spam your polaris.

We're a strict anti-spam guild, spamming polaris is a cheap way to win and ruins the fun for other players, which is uncool and selfish.

• Don't beg.

Gtfo if you beg.

• Cursing is allowed, just don't use it to offend others.

We're not going to stop you from cursing, we will stop you from offending guildies.

• No spoilers.

Can't believe this has to be a rule but this seems to happen a lot, so if you spoil we'll burn your fridge.

• Just be mellow and mature.

This is the best rule, just be chill. Get to know eachother, chill with them, have fun. Just be mellow. Sure you can make a few childish jokes, but don't annoy other people with them. We have zero tolerance for annoying pricks.

We make sure everyone has a good time during our matches. By keeping it rage free and spam free.

It may seem trivial but it builds good relations with other guilds and makes the game a lot more fun than blatantly insulting everyone.

Our guild may be PvP based, this doesn't mean we don't do other stuff. There's a few players who like to do PvE. We have a big amount of merchants who like to hang out in haven and swap tips about trading (ha, irony) and items as well.
