Description
A horrible hat worn by those who truly loathe the magic of Winterfest. The only possible explanation for this feeling is having a heart two sizes too small.
Acquisition
Randomly drops from defeated Grinchlin Stalkers in Save Winterfest (Tier 3) during Winterfest.
