Description
A sturdy helm that resembles a crescent moon when the visor is lifted.
Notes
This costume was introduced with surge coloration in September 2012.Admin Post
It is one of several "recolored" costumes.
It is likely intended to be in a set with the Flak Jacket, based on a process of elimination with other costumes assumed and/or known to already be in sets.
