A Sprite Pod is a usable. When used, a relevant Level 1 Battle Sprite will pop out. This battle sprite will be permanently bound to the player.

Notes
The player gets to choose one sprite for free during the 2-3 Rank Mission An Eternal Bond (the sprite chosen does not come out of a pod).
The animation that plays when opening a Sprite Pod is similar to the one that occurs when opening a Prize Box.
History

As of this announcement in August 2013, players could obtain more than one battle sprite via "pods." Since then, more pods have been released over time, featuring "reskins" of battle sprites.
