This character was introduced with release 2012-02-22.

Lieutenant Barrus awards eligible knights Star Certification. He stands watch before the exit of the Hall of Heroes.

He replaced the role of the Spiral Wardens who were once responsible for granting knights tier clearance before each subtown.
