Riley is stationed The Lab, a building that can be entered from the Haven Garrison. This knight has developed and sells a series of harnesses, which are used to enhance Battle Sprites.
Riley will only sell harnesses after the player chooses a battle sprite in the 2-3 
Mission: An Eternal Bond. After the player completes this mission, Riley's location will be indicated by the 
icon on the minimap. Until then, Riley will tell the player to come back later.
It is not possible to obtain the strongest version of a harness right away. The player must own the basic version of a harness before they can purchase the Advanced version, and must own the Advanced version before they can purchase the Elite version.
Each harness is only sold once, so the player does not need to worry about purchasing duplicates. If the player has purchased every harness, then Riley's ware list will be empty.
