Difference between revisions of "Guardians By Nature (Guild)"

Guardians By Nature has three very simple, and basic rules that you are expected to follow at all times.

• 1. Be nice and show respect to your fellow Guild Members and the Knights around you.

Don't call others names; like noob or other intentionally insults, or treat them poorly. Manners are highly appreciated in this Guild. It is not a Guild rule to socialize, but saying "Thank You", and "Hello" tend to have a positive effect on your image. It's not that hard. Another very important aspect of this rule is that you should treat everyone as equal, you must have the same amount of respect for a recruit and a guild master.

• 2. Don't beg for Free Crowns/Energy/Gear.

People will dislike and be annoyed by you if you do this. With some players, this will even result in an immediate ignore! (not in this Guild though, if you beg, Guild Masters, Officers and Veterans will attend you to this)

• 3. Don't ask for Promotions, they are given when you have earned them.

It may be very obvious, but it cannot hurt to explain this, because it still happens! You do not get promoted on the spot. Although some ranks can be achieved more easily than others. But if you stay in this Guild, help people, and show interest into further development of this Guild, chances are big that you get a promotion. For more info, see: promoting guideline

NOTICE #1: Guild Master is a rank that can't be obtained unless its a last option.

If it happens that you intentionally not obey these rules, the following will happen:

First incident: Nothing really happens but you are attended that your behavior is wrong and you are advised to stop this at once, you will either restive a verbal (in chat) or a In-game mail warning (depending how issues it)

Second incident: This will result into a demotion. (loss of Rank, one Rank) If you made it this far, the Officers and Guild Masters are not very happy with you, having a good time in this Guild will be harder.

Third incident: you will be kicked from Guardians by nature. I think here is no explanation needed...

Some other rules about side stuff, like the Guild Chat and joining

Spamming: It is, of course, forbidden to spam in the Guild Chat or in the Guild Hall, we do not really care what you do outside of this all, as long as we don't notice it. Furthermore, no advertising for other Guilds. You can of course talk about leaving Guardians by Nature and name another Guild, but do not recommend other Guilds actively to other Members, in the Guild Chat or in the Guild Hall. Sure you can talk about it, but do that outside Guardians by Nature.

Joining Guild party's: If AN Officers or Guild Masters or Veterans leave the party open for the Guild, you can join always. Although some people may not like you joining their party without you asking first. It's not a rule to ask, but it is surely appreciated. Do not invite people who are in the Clockworks, Missions or other floors as they are maybe not able to help you out at that point... Unless of course he/she agreed with your invitation.

Talking languages in the Guild Chat: Our primary language that we speak in the Guild Chat is english. Of course, a few words in another language area allowed, but keep this into the tell section. You can, eventually, get a warning if you keep using another language in the Guild Chat, instead of english. Most people will not understand you, so better reframe from this. This also counts in the Guild Hall!

*Recruit: This Rank is given to people that are new to this guild

*Member: This Rank is given to the Recruits who have been in Guardians by Nature one week. There is a faster way to obtain this rank. Under special circumstances, one can be promoted to Member earlier if this individual shows interest in helping Guardians by Nature and the people in it.

*Veteran: This Rank is given to Members who help other knights in this Guild, and intend to help Guardians by Nature should this be necessary. Like any Rank in Guardians by Nature, this Rank takes time and effort to achieve, socializing and patience are some very good perks. Another task of the veteran (or higher) is that he/she attends people on breaking the rules and report this back to an Officer or Guild Master.

NOTICE #3 As you achieved the Veteran Rank, you can use the Design Mode in the Guild Hall, however you
are not allowed to enter it and move things- without the permission of Officers or Guild Masters.

*Officer: This Rank will rarely be given, but that doesn't mean it is impossible. You become an Officer if you have advanced understanding of the Guild Rules, Guild Hall and the Knights in this Guild. Furthermore, you have to gain the full trust of Guild Masters (the active ones)and Officers (the active ones). You already start to get trust as you promote to Member, this trust will increase with every rank you achieve, but the rank of Officer needs a lot of trust.

For example: we trust you not to buy things for the Guild Hall using the Guild Treasury without discussing about it with other Officers or Guild Masters. the rules will become more important if you are an officer, if you violate the rules as an Officer, you'll get more than a warning...

You actively help with recruiting for Guardians by Nature, and if a Knight violates the rules, well... he is responsible for that. But YOU are responsible to say something about it, give warnings and if necessary: demote or kick. (the last two things will of course, require more votes from other Officers or Guild Masters. For more Officer Rules and Codes, see below.)

*Guild Master: Is only given to them who are fully trusted by GMs AND the Guild as a whole and its only given as a "last resort", Don't think of asking for this rank... ever.

Donating to Guardians by Nature into the Guild Treasury(Crowns only) or Storage(Materials only) is not obligatory. But it is surely appreciated, it helps us to buy a lot of cool stuff for the guild hall! Here is some information on donating different things:

*Crowns: If you want to donate Crowns (in-game currency) to the Guild Treasury, that's highly appreciated. And if you are going to donate, please donate crowns. However, please reframe from donating ALL or your crowns. We understand that you want to help but we don't want you to sell your soul to Guardians by Nature... You can donate crowns by going into the Guild Hall and walk to the round turning thing(Guild Console). The rest will show itself.

*Materials: Materials are of less use than Crowns, but Voidspirit the Merchant will withdraw the materials and sell them for the Guild, in essence: your Materials will be converted in Crowns for the Guild.

*Gear: Donating Gear to the Guild Treasury is forbidden. We do not assume that you would donate anything higher than 3 star equipment. The reason for this is that if a knight with 2 star gear made it to the member or even veteran rank, he/she could withdraw the 3 star gear. We do not want Guardians by Nature to be a drop party, you must obtain the gear yourself.

As for the donating, please stay into these guild lines.

The Guild Hall consists of one floor with two Wings. We have a Main Mall, the Guardians by Nature'S Café of course, an Alchemy Room and a Dormitory. As for the empty rooms, if you have ideas for what must be in it, tell us! We like to improve the guild hall more and more and we can surely use your help.

Her name is Japanese and it means (Mizuki)"Beautiful Moon" and (Amaya)"Night Rain". She believes in giving people second chances and cares more about respect, kindness, and most important trust over the star level of her Guild Members. She is almost always in a happy caring mood, but even when she's feeling blue or depressed she will still try and maintain her caring side. Although she might not be the fastest person to respond to a request or a problem she will see that it's solved in the end.

Well helllllllooooo My name biggeoff and I'm a old school player I have played SK for over 3 years now off and on , I joined RoD about week ago I've known ????? for a long time on this game. It's funny how she has never invited or asked me to join her Guild befor, guess i've never been lucky enough I suppose

But but recently I have come back to the game and I received an invite to join.And now I'm here and I must say this Guild rocks, I must admit I like the layout and the members are cool and friendly.

My philosophy of game life

I respect each and every Recruit, Member, Verteran, officer and of corse the guild Master(s) the same, every single person in the guild from the bottom two the top has the same respect from me I don't go for titles or honours.

Since my time in the guild I have met most members and each one has there own personality and unique way so this is me

I don't care if your a Officer a Guild Master or Member or Recruit if I got something to say I'll say it

a recruit has the same respect from me as the guild master does. We are a unity a team a force now lets build this guild up up up and become legendary. Remember everyone is equal
