If you click Join a Party at the gate and you end up in an Open guild-mate's party that's different, but otherwise let them know before you join. People who do the run down to Depth 23 spend their time and mist doing so. If you wish to join them at their current Depth, feel free to /tell them or ask in guild chat, but note that they may be in a middle of a fight and cannot respond. If they do not respond, do not continually message them about it either, you may try again at the next depth, but only once. To summarize on this, only ask once a depth and only if you plan on joining them straight away.
