The Chaos Cloak is a {{{star}}}-star armor.
Description
A forbidden mantle said to grant the wearer protection within the nameless realm where all elements are said to converge into one and divide into all.
Provides excellent elemental damage protection and damage modifiers, with very negative penalties against resistances for all status effects. A definite risk-reward equip.
