Promotion Rules

• Recruit: New; must wait until second day for promotion to Member.
• Member: Been loyal for a day or two.
• Veteran: Been loyal for one week; super active; shown basic leadership skills. (25-30)
• Officer: Been a veteran for some time; loyal; good at leading/helping. (12 positions)
• GM: Been an officer for some time; loyal; trustworthy; good at leading. (6 positions)

Recruiting Rules

• Any officer or GM can recruit.
• Recruit nice and active people.
• When announced, it's restricted to top two GMs.
