Description
A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to the front of select helmets. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizor in the Haven Bazaar. — Tooltip The Party Blowout is an accessory that attaches to a helmet front. It is a celebratory striped tube of paper that has an animation showing it being blown outward.
