ContentsAbout GlowGlow is a newly resurrected guild with over 80 players. We host events, have a nice ranking system and non-forced donations system so that players can enjoy being in the guild. Our goal is to make a nice, casual and fun environment to chat with others, take part in events and find party members in. Glow's story
Glow was brought into our realm many years ago by it's founder, Clockworkdragon. This young and inspired knight was rather new to Spiral Knights at the time and had been to a number of guilds, some of the guilds he had visited were fun and exciting, but lacked donations and direction, others had an overwhelming amount of players and joyous activity, but had crumbled due to the vast number of players that had all-too-soon become inactive. After leaving the last guild he would ever leave, he found inspiration to make something better, something interesting and something active. After creating Glow, the founder invited a number of people to join, very few of which remain within the guild today such as Chris-Warhoge. Many of the new players were active and for a long time, the guild prospered and earn enough through donations to afford a decent guild hall with a number of useful rooms, the staff were dedicated and helpful, and all was well. Ranking systemMember Requirements
Member Requirements:Everyone who joins gets to be a member Minimal rank: none (at this time).Veteran Requirements
Veteran Requirements: 30k total donations and needs to have been in the guild for 1 week, members must be online often and take part in conversation. Minimal rank: Knight.Officer Requirements
Officer Requirements: 100k total donations and needs to have been in the guild for 2 weeks, veterans must be online once every 1-2 days, be helpful to others in the guild and take a test of knowledge (in the form of a quiz) as well as a test of skill (in the form of soloing the Jelly King or any harder boss) whilst a GM is present to gain this promotion. Minimal rank: Defender.Guild Master Requirements
Guild Master Requirements: 1000k (1m) total donations and needs to have been in the guild for 1 month, Officers must be online every day (if possible), be able to give useful advice, help donate for upkeep in emergancies, be able to help run the guild reasonably and be able to assist in decorating/purchasing furniture. Officers will also need to take an additional knowledge/moral tests to gain this promotion. Minimal rank: Champion.DonationsPlease donate money to the guild if you have the funds, donating is highly recommended, but not forced. Donations count towards getting noticed in the guild and gaining promotions in the guild (see ranks).

EventsIf you have an idea for an event, please, let us know! We love guild activities! We usually host events on Fridays or Saturdays, so be sure to be here then!
AbsenceIf you are going to be away for one week or more, please contact Clockworkdragon by mail. If you are away for a period of one week or more with no explanation, you will be kicked from the guild. If you have donated in the past, you may be given two weeks until you are kicked, so we highly advise donating more if you are not online very often!
