Vitapods are items that simultaneously add a bar of health to the knight that picks it up and heal them for one bar. Super Vitapods add three bars of health instead of only one.

Vitapods are always used by the knight that picks them up whether the loot distribution of the party is set to free-for-all or round robin.

Neither Vitapods nor Super Vitapods can raise a knight's maximum health above 20 bars. A knight picking up a Vitapod when they're already at 20 bars of health will merely heal them by one bar. A knight who has 20 bars of health and isn't injured won't pick up a Vitapod at all.
