Eternal Ink: Hello!
Eternal Ink was a guild that started out small by Ferocious-Feline in the later months of 2012. After only a few months, and still going, it has become a thriving guild where many knights join together in missions, helping each other, teaching each other, and giving any new players, even apprentices, a guild if they want it. Or as long as there's room! There are times when a lot of members are active, and times they are not. But that doesn't change our goal of helping if we can!
If you want to join, send mail to Ferocious-Feline or Puzzledhearts , and make sure to put in the message; "I'd like to join your guild, if I may?" All applicants will get a response in less than a week, if not met in-game. We will ask if you read the rules and guidelines below, and for some possible proof!
Guidelines to follow
We will be funny at some points, but that doesn't mean we're not mature or dead serious. So, there are many people playing this game, some of which are in our guild, in the guild chat, reading trade and zone chat, playing missions, and so forth. Playing the game, right? In order for a nice environment, we ask you follow these simple guidelines to make every players experience a good, fun,and safe one:
- Show respect:
- Show respect to your superiors, they've been here for a while and have seen many things. Please don't insult others directly, even if it's just a joke. If you have an argument, try to resolve it privately. If it's interfering with your playing and that player is in the guild, let a superior know and they will take things from there. If fighting breaks out within the guild chat or officer chat, the problem will be met directly by those of the appropriate rank. In general, don't say any mean things to ANYONE if you don't want problems. We don't know who's on the other side of the screen, so let's try to keep it clean and not tell any jokes we know may be directed at individuals.
- Asking for help:
- As we said before, most of our guild is made up of new players, so everyone needs what they can get their hands on. If you need help with a mission, feel free to ask anyone if they can help. But if it is for materials and crowns, consider these questions. How long have you tried getting this/these? How hard would it be to obtain this/these? Do I really need this/these immediately? If you do need it in a very, very dire situation, ask a superior officer, they may consider to help with giving items. No promises, things may be expensive and help may not be available/busy at the moment!
- Activity:
- We generally look for players who can play about once a week, just enough to keep up with the upkeep ( keep up -> Up keep, get it?). We have, we do, and we will!, remove players who are inactive for one month without a valid excuse or reason that would be fair for an exemption from upkeep or removal.
- Upkeep:
- Generally, we look for at least 3,000 crowns a week, unless otherwise noted in the Eternal Ink Message Of The Day (MOTD).
Ranking
Now if there's one thing people usually ask about in guilds or clans, it's ranking. Sure, power feels good, authority feels good. Question is, did you earn it? Figure out if you qualify below!:
- Recruits: First, a nice welcome to the guild is in order! We hope you enjoy your time with us! Just follow the guildlines, and you're off to a good start for the two weeks. Then next is:
- Member: Alright, stage 2! You've proven you can be loyal and trustworthy in the last two weeks! Let's see if you have enough to make it to:
- Veteran: Alright, time to play with the bigger knights. Hopefully, by this time, you met the requirements: 3 months of service and upkeep, must be a champion or vanguard! And now the goal for many members:
- Officer: Think you've got what it takes? Guildmasters will handpick you from the ranks, judging you worthy. Interview may be requested! And now for the impossible:
- Guildmaster: Very rare occurance, people the guildmasters know a lot and love may get here! So don't count on it! Dream, but don't count!
That' all we have for now, but there are new ideas being discussed often, so keep this somewhere safe! Or you know, easy to get to. We will soon have a good list of current members, but Eternal Ink is having major makeovers at the moment to the list (and guild hall!)
