Guild Master:Currently Unavailiable however you may be addresed as a guild master

Officer:Able to beat Tier 3

Veteran:Able to beat Tier 2

Member:Able to beat Tier 1

Recruit:Temporary member or needs assitance

Any people who seem were granted a position without any of these rules above, it means that they have been gave this position due to being outstanding
