Once upon a time, Red-Nia was playing this crazy game called 'Spiral Knights'. he decided that he would rather be a king of the elements and someone was like,"hey bro, you know you can start a guild right?" then he made a guild and called it 'kings of the elements'... but it was too much to say so now its just elemental kings. i might get shot for this
