Lichen are a type of enemy encountered in the Clockworks.

Traits
While not especially dangerous individually, lichen are able to merge together and become more powerful, eventually developing a projectile attack.

- Lichen

- Giant Lichen Colony
Elements
A lichen with an element cannot merge. That said, it is possible for a more powerful Lichen to simply spawn. A Larger linch will leave an Aura trail that will effect Spiral Knights on contact.
