About
Marona crash-landed in the Cradle on July 6th, 2011. Thanks to her voice-recognition commands to the mechanical parts of her body, she was able to survive and head through onto the Haven.
The Beginning
Marona started her job as a regular novice miner to contribute minerals into the gates. She was earning a small, yet steady income. She decided to take interest in crafting after seeing the guild "Chronic Crafters," which inspired her to craft her own gear and give extra care to it to make them become even more powerful. Slowly, she started proving her worth as a knight and a Magi-knight by defeating the Snarbolax, the Roarmulus Twins, and lastly the Royal Jelly.
The Start
Marona started partying on her own as she started heading to Tier 3. Surviving well on her own, she decided not to put anyone else in danger. Because of her experience within the Clockworks, she was assigned a job to deliver supplies to "The Core." (She was eager to take it of course.) She delivered supplies to "The Core" each time she delves into the Clockworks. However, there came a pause on that job.
The Nightmare
One day, on a routine job delivering supplies, the Gate she was on had unknown levels. Making it through on her own, she came across Lord Vanaduke. Vanaduke pulverized her, causing her voice-recongnition system to go corrupt, making her revive several times and tortured each time she was alive. She was rescued by recon knights dispatched by command. They were able to revive her systems, yet it caused her to be scared deadly and not leaving the hospital room for quite a long time.
The Blessing
A wild snipe crashed inside her room, as a couple of knights were trying to contain control of her and put her back outside. Marona's room became a huge mess with batteries, tools, and furniture all over the place. The snipe, which was a beautiful aquamarine color like her, sat on the bed on Marona's lap as she sat up. Marona laughed at the snipe and the situation and decided to make the snipe her pet and friend named Jewel. Most importantly, it was rare of her to laugh like that.
The Heartbreaker
Months passed as the snipe accompanied her throughout Clockworks and the routine deliveries. One day, the gremlins surrounded Marona and Jewel took her own life protecting the Knight, even if she could revive easily. Marona mourned for her on the same level for a while and decided to abort her mission in delivery of supplies, in order to bring her back into the Haven. Jewel was then burried by the statue Monomi, in hopes that for these snipes, there is an afterlife. She took a Stranger Hat and put a mechanical snipe representing Jewel in memory.
The Rebirth
Marona reminiscences the time she had with Jewel and decided to move on. Remembering the cause of being in the hospital, she gathered some knights and headed back into where Lord Vanaduke was located. With the right crystal energy reserves for her members and her systems all in top check, they defeated Lord Vanaduke. For facing her long-time fears and her contribution to the knights, she was now in the highest rank: Vanguard.
Trivia
- Marona is the name based off of "Phantom Brave." Apparently the character creator goes by that name everywhere she goes when creating a forum name, character, or alias. She loves the character very much.
- Marona will always have her "Divine Mantle" as her costume armor and her "Magic Hood" with "Regal Flower" as her costume helmet, even if she has a different type of armor on.
