We are a still small guild but we are looking to expand our member base. The Ivory Syndicate is a sister guild of The Ivy League. Two members from our bigger sister found the guild but one day they seemingly vanished. After that Purpill became leader and I, Gnomzer, kept on with the recruitment. I have transfered from The Ivy League to recruit but I am thinking of staying for even longer. All that aside our player base is quite friendly and mature. There are random jokes flying around from time to time, continuing Ramenfrog's legacy.

Gnomzer is in charge of the brunt of the recruiting, seeing as Purpill and Tundron are often busy. The ranks are as follows:

'''Recruit''' Has just joined the guild! This is the lowest rank and has least authority. You will need to do an evaluation run of 1 to 3 depths in order to join the guild!
+
'''Recruit''' You're the fresh meat. You don't have much say in anything as far as decisions go. But don't worry, this is the time frame where you get to show us what you're made of.

'''Member''' Member status is gained when a Recruit has been in the guild for 1-2 weeks and has show growth. This period may be shorter if the Recruit proves worthy! The rank can be given only if you have atleast two 4* items!!!
+
'''Member''' You get to be a member after you've been with us a little while, to the point where you log on and everyone says hi and knows who you are. Or you could realize early on I'm terrible with names and it's going to take forever for that to happen. Impress us, either show some improvement if you're just starting out, or make us realize your talent somehow if you've been around the block a few times.

'''Veteran''' Veteran status is given to 5* members that have been in the guild from 2 weeks to a month and that have made me happy with their progress =D.
+
'''Veteran''' Members are required to forgo a Veteran examination, which is constantly changing to keep things fresh. If you want to be a veteran just let us know, and we'll let you know what you have to do. There is no limit to how many times you can take the exam and you can do so as soon as you want after becoming Member.

'''Officer''' Veterans will be promoted to Officer if they are 5* and meet a secret criteria. Or if we are in desperate need of more manegment staff.
+
'''Officer''' To be an Officer you need to Have been a Veteran for some time, have gained a trust with the other Officers/GM, and basically be an all around good person. We don't make people Officers often, only when the need for management becomes pressing. So please don't join and ask to be Officer, that will only lead in me kicking you back out the front door.

'''Guild Master''' Again a secret.

'''Guild Master''' Ahaha....not gunna happen. Unless you're preeetty damn spectacular.

We are a still small guild but we are looking to expand our member base. The Ivory Syndicate is a sister guild of The Ivy League. Due to changes of heart, the founders left leaving Purpill in charge of things. But now Tundron is back and resuming his spot of Guild Master, with trusted friend Purpill and ex-Ivy League member Gnomzer as officers. All that aside, our player base is friendly and mature....ish.

Recruitment & Ranks

Gnomzer is in charge of the brunt of the recruiting, seeing as Purpill and Tundron are often busy. The ranks are as follows:

Recruit You're the fresh meat. You don't have much say in anything as far as decisions go. But don't worry, this is the time frame where you get to show us what you're made of.

Member You get to be a member after you've been with us a little while, to the point where you log on and everyone says hi and knows who you are. Or you could realize early on I'm terrible with names and it's going to take forever for that to happen. Impress us, either show some improvement if you're just starting out, or make us realize your talent somehow if you've been around the block a few times.

Veteran Members are required to forgo a Veteran examination, which is constantly changing to keep things fresh. If you want to be a veteran just let us know, and we'll let you know what you have to do. There is no limit to how many times you can take the exam and you can do so as soon as you want after becoming Member.

Officer To be an Officer you need to Have been a Veteran for some time, have gained a trust with the other Officers/GM, and basically be an all around good person. We don't make people Officers often, only when the need for management becomes pressing. So please don't join and ask to be Officer, that will only lead in me kicking you back out the front door.

Guild Master Ahaha....not gunna happen. Unless you're preeetty damn spectacular.
