The General idea of Heroes-Vii is that we dont have a ranking system, ALL members are equals and have the same level of power in most any situation therefor we keep a very high standard in the skill and personality of our players.
Recruiting - Because everyone in Heroes-Vii has an equal say, our recruitment is based on a vote. we want as many players as possible ( But an absolute minimum of 3 players ) to play with the potential member, then we can talk about it and come to a decision if they are right for our guild or not.
