Guild Summary
Gaming Knights is a humble and laid-back guild made for friends of SK, and nerds of gaming. We don't have any main objectives, as we just hang out, share our knowledge and opinions with each other, while having fun at the same time. Besides, we won't tolerate bad behavior or misconducts in Gaming Knights, you know. Also, we're not a competitive guild; we're not into playing Lockdown or Blast Network matches. XP
But the main thing about our guild is learning moral values, info sharing and having fun. It doesn't matter if we're a rich or a poor guild; our guildies is what matters most.
How to join Gaming Knights; the requirements
If you want to join our humble guild, you may feel free to do so. If you want to apply for signing up in our guild, be sure to PM (/tell) me in-game and tell me that you want to join our guild. If you do, we'll meet up and I'll ask you a few questions and even do a run or two for us to get to know each other better. Then, I'll decide whether or not to include you into the guild.
But there are a few specific requirements:
- You must be active at most times (you can get kicked from being inactive without notice).
- You must be friendly and kind to our mates.
- You must have Tier 3 clearance (Complete Hall of Heroes 6-2). Lower Tier clearances are okay.
- You must be willing to support and contribute your wealth for our guild.

Guild Ranking system
Like many guilds, our guild has a ranking system for you to follow. Here's the rundown of each guild ranks...
- This is where applicants will be assigned to after applying to join Gaming Knights.
- The majority of Gaming Knights, who have shown loyalty and appreciation of supporting the guild.
- The Veterans who are more skilled and recognized than their colleagues.
- The Officers of the guild, they are the overseers, as they report anything happening in the guild and SK.
- Officers of GK are required to attend to tasks assigned by the Guild master, mainly observations of our members and reporting any recent findings during the game.
- This position is reserved for the very few, and trusted/skilled Knights of GK.
- The creators, founders and the backbones of the guild. Also the overseer of the guild and SK.
- This position is reserved for me.
The way to obtain certain ranks of the guild depends on your conduct and activities done in SK. For the officers, I'd like you to observe our members and report his conduct in the guild.
The many values of the guild
- Security
Precautions are better than cures; be mindful of dangers and risks, and avoid perilous deaths.
- Courage/Bravery
Live for nothing, or die for something; Get out of your comfort zone, and risk your life for the greater benefit of others.
- Generosity
Be generous to share your stuffs to your guild mates and your friends (But not too generous, though!), and help their problems out.
- Kindness
Be kind to your fellow guild mates and play it nice!
- Honesty & Integrity
Be honest in telling the truth, even with your own actions.
- Humility
Be humble in your victories, and do not be arrogant; Accept your defeats and move onward.
- Independence
Sometimes, you have to learn to handle problems on your own, because you don't have to rely on others to help you all the time; be independent in yourself.
Gaming Knights guild rules
Like other guilds, we have our own rules guild members must follow, in order to create a friendly environment in the guild. Failure to comply with the rules will result in temporary demotion or even being kicked out of the guild, so pay attention. Here are the many topics of GK's rules:
[Topic 1]. The Golden Rules
- The most important rule in any game, have FUN! Never ruin/spoil the fun or be rude with your mates.
- Only 1 person speaks at the time; have respect in each other and don't interrupt rudely, unless it's urgent.
[Topic 2]. Begging & Borrowing
- Don't be a Drama Queen and beg; Simply ASK and we'll provide you what you need. However if it's begging for higher positions in the guild, don't even think about it. -_-|||
- If you want to borrow stuffs from us, Just ask and we'll let you borrow our stuffs, as long as you remember to return them afterwards.
- (A way I recommend so you can remember to repay something to someone is to send them a letter titled, "I owe you...(what you owe them)". Also tell them to reply and for at least 30 days you will have a little reminder just in case you forget :3)
[Topic 3]. In-activity
- If you're inactive for too long, you WILL be removed from the guild without notice, provided that you give us the reason for your absence (before you get kicked). Please report to either me or my Officers and state your reason of absence. If you do, I'll suspend your inactivity until you return online in SK.
- As for the Officers, please report to me and state his/her reasons for his/her absence.
[Topic 4]. Leaving the Guild
- If you don't feel like staying in the guild or want to join other guilds instead, it's fine, as long as you provide us your reason. If you do, we'll allow you to rejoin back into the guild anytime you wish.
- If you left the guild by accident, it's okay, people can make mistakes. ^-^
Event Week!
There has been some changes made to the order of events at the beginning of the month. We are changing the Attendance Check and other guild events from the first of the every month to the first week of every month. It will be referred to as, Event Week (If anyone has any better names please let us know). The way this will work is during the first and second day of the month, we will have our normal Attendance check but no other significant occurring on this day. The next day we will have our Babysitting Snarby Guild Event. After that we will have VIP Escort. and if there is a Friday within the 5 day period, we will have "Anything could happen Friday". We will also try to have the Attendance Check throughout this week so if you can't be on during Monday and Tuesday you will still be checked of as being active. However the main days we will have it are Monday and Tuesday. If you are not familiar with these events, please refer to the boxes below. Also if anyone has any ideas on guild events please refer to the Guild Master, Gamer-Troopa, Head Officer, Jonbottron, or 2nd Head Officer, Cool-Knight.
We try to make Event Week a fun and festive time in the guild so be excited when the first of the month comes! :D
An attendance check that allows us to take records of the majority of GK, as well as meeting each other in the day of the check. It is also the event that allows us Officers to kick those who are inactive for a few months or so. The event will take place the first week of a new month, so be sure to attend and introduce yourself to the guild.

The Snarbolax. A terror to Squires of Spiral Knights, but a cutie to the Guild Master... that is until he misbehaves. It is only then will somebody have to set him straight... with a little spanking!
- Descriptions...
It's basically a boss challenge. The main goal is to defeat Snarby, but here's a little twist; you can ONLY use your very starting equipments (Proto set)! One member will be the Invigilator, whereby the other 1 - 3 members will be contestants/baby-sitters.
Application/Event Date(s): 1st Wednesday of every month
Application Venue(s): Gaming Knights' guild hall
Event Venue(s): Gloaming Wildwoods, 3rd depth
Requirements...
- Contestants will need to use their Proto sets (Proto Helm/Armor/Shield/Sword/Gun) ONLY.
- How the Event goes...
Once the party (1 Invigilator and 1 - 3 contestants/baby-sitter) have reached the depth, the contestants will be asked to drop whatever they have in their Inventory Belt (including HP/Remedy Caps, Status Vials, Mecha Knight Kits, Vitapods). Afterwards, the Invigilator must then kill him/herself to watch the contestants complete the mission, before the boss fight.
During the event, there are a few rules to note...
- If Snarby is defeated, the surviving contestants will be receive "Survivors" rewards after the event.
- If any of the contestants dies during the Event, that contestant is "out" and can't be revived (even if they did, either by intentional or accidental, they will still be "out" until the end of the event) until either Snarby is defeated or the other contestants dies. The "out" contestants will receive "Casualties" rewards afterwards.
- If all of the contestants are "out", the event is over, and everybody will return to the guild hall to receive their reward for their troubles.

(Survivors - 3,000 crowns)
(Casualties - 1,200 crowns)Recently, we have received and welcomed a special, well-dressed guest in the guild, who requested a tour in the depths in Cradle, while offering wealthy rewards in return of kindness. Not wanting to lose our opportunity to retrieve our wealthy one-time rewards, we had to accept his offer, and it is up to you to secure his dangers in the tour.

It's a Tier 1 exhibition run, with the main goal to escort the VIP through the many depths of the clockworks and reaching one of the subtowns to take our well-deserved rest. One member will be playing as the VIP, whereby the other 1 - 3 members will be the VIP's bodyguards.

Event Venue(s): Haven Arcade; Depth 1 - 8 of desired gate

- Contestants will need to use their Proto sets (Proto Helm/Armor/Shield/Sword/Gun) ONLY.
- How the Event goes...
Once the party (1 VIP and 1 - 3 Body-guards) meet up at the Haven arcade, they will choose a gate to enter. Once chosen, they must escort the VIP safely through the many depths of the clockworks, and rest up at one of the sub-towns to win the event.
During the event, there are a few rules to note...
- The member playing as the VIP will be unarmed, with no weapons but his armor/helm. The members playing as the Body-guards however are armed to defend and keep the VIP alive during the trip.
- If the party make it to the sub-town with the VIP alive, they win the full reward from the VIP (shared).
- If the VIP dies during the event however, the event is failed and the body-guards will receive partial rewards based on the number of depths covered.
- If any of the Body-guards dies in the current depth, they are "out" (can't be revived) until the start of the next depth, whereby they will be revived to protect the VIP.

(Partial reward - 1,500 crowns X depths covered) (excluding terminals and subtowns)A special day whereby anything could happen, hence the event title.
"Anything can happen Friday" is one of the events that is done any Friday we feel like it. :D

Guild Hall - Dormitory renting
- For those who wants to have their own rooms (even Officers... T^T), simply look for me and I'll arrange a Dormitory for you to reside in. Since it's a Dormitory, you have to share the same room with other members, who also wants to have their own.
- A dormitory only holds up to 6 members per room (6 beds for 6 members), so I'll arrange more dormitories when one of them is full.
