The Spiral Tailed Helm is one of five helmets that players can choose to start the game with, each with a different style.

There is no recipe for this helmet and the only way to obtain it is to start the game with it.

Although there is no official set for the Spiral Tailed Helm, if we match the Spiral Tailed Helm to its corresponding breaker set, the Emberbreaker Set, the helmet should pair up with the Spiral Culet.

However, female NPCs such as Kozma pair the tailed helm with the Spiral Draped Armor.
