Vengeful Quills is one of two Ultimate upgrade paths for Caustic Quills and can be chosen once Maskeraith reaches level 90, the other being Virulent Quills.
Choosing this Ultimate skill gives Maskeraith wing-ears.
Description
Fires a series of quills that stick to targets and inflict poison. For each hit a quilled target receives, they lose one quill and take additional damage.
