A Kat Claw Mask can be crafted by using the Mysterious Alchemy Machine. As long as you have the ingredients you can craft this item, regardless of whether or not the associated event(s) are occurring.

Knights do not need to buy the recipe for this item. The item is made at a special alchemy machine in Moorcroft Manor, which is pre-programmed with the recipe.
