This item is a Usable.
A special prize box that contains one of hundreds of unique items! It can only be opened with a Silver Key. Silver Keys can be purchased from the Supply Depot.
The Titanium Lockbox replaced the Iron Lockbox in the prize wheel for the month of July 2014, announced here.
