Description
A light helmet issued to all Spiral Knight recruits.
The Spiral Tailed Helm is one of five helmet styles that players can choose to start the game with; the styles have identical statistics and the difference between them is purely cosmetic.
Sources
There is no recipe for this item and no vendors sell it. The only way to obtain it is to choose it during character creation.

Although there is no official set for the Spiral Tailed Helm, if we match the Spiral Tailed Helm to its corresponding breaker set, the Emberbreaker Set, the helmet should pair up with the Spiral Culet.
