The Birdsong Trading Company is a mostly unseen entity in the game associated with giveaways.
They seem to be composed of Strangers and perhaps Snipes.
Notes
Players eligible for giveaways will receive items in the mail.
It serves as a source of supplies and prizes for knights on Cradle, often giving items away for free.
The Birdsong Emporium is very similar, supplying furniture to Guild Halls for a price.
