A Trinket is an item that provides combat benefits to the player, similar to the way unique variants or perks function.
Unlike other equipment, trinkets require Trinket Slot Upgrades in order to be used for combat.
Trinkets are obtained in a variety of ways, but most are available from Brinks for tokens or crafted at the Krogmo Alchemy Machine. See individual pages for details.
Trinkets are purchased at level 1 and do not level-up (they do not require or take Heat).

Notes
Trinket Slot Upgrades are often additional prizes from various Prize Boxes, as well as always available from the Supply Depot.
