< Back to Cobalt Squires (Guild)
This page contains information regarding times when an officer must take administrative action. Other ranks are also encouraged to read it.
Infringments
Occaisionally, certain circumstances will warrant a players removal from the guild. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Spamming guild chat
- Repeated begging
- Slandering other players or any other innapropriate speech and behaviour
In the case of a veteran, the player should be asked to stop several times. If the veteran continues to ignore the other players, an Officer should warn the veteran that they will be demoted if they continue with their current behaviour.
After demoting a veteran, let a Guild Master know via mail of the situation and the terms for the demotion and they will assess further action.
In the case of a member or recruit, or a veteran who has been demoted to member and continues to breach these rules, they should be asked to cease several times. If they continue thier current behaviour, an Officer should warn the player that they will be removed from the guild if they continue with thier current behaviour.
Inactivity
Although Cobalt Squires isn't a strictly active guild, players that are outright inactive will be removed from the guild list. Recruits will be removed for 1 month of inactivity, Members for 2 months. Veterans gain a longer time span, at 4 months. Officers have an inactivity grace period of 8 months.
If you are inactive for longer than your rank allows, and are removed from the guild, you may rejoin the guild the next time you log in and will retain at least part of your last rank provided you remind an existing officer or guild master of the situation.
