The Dangerous Hound Coat is a costume.

Description
A battle-ravaged coat worn by the squad leaders of the Recon Rangers, nicknamed 'hounds.' The name was likely coined due to their incredible tracking abilities or perhaps the fact that they fight like wild dogs in battle.

Randomly from a 
Dangerous Prize Box.
Notes
This item was introduced during the Dangerous Prize Box Promotion in September 2013.
The NPC Desna wears a modified version of this item. She can be seen in the mission lobbies of Danger Missions.
