The Kat Claw Cowl is a 5-star helmet.
Description
A magnificently crafted cowl said to resemble the Kat Tribe hero, Scraith, first to scale the walls of the Owlite High Academy of Magicks.
Acquisition
A Kat Claw Cowl can be crafted by using the Mysterious Alchemy Machine.
As long as you have the ingredients you can craft this item, regardless of whether or not the associated event(s) are occurring.
