The Geo Knight Wegner
Chief Geo Knight Wegner is overseeing mineral deposits and the construction of gates. He believes that minerals may hold an answer to gaining entry into the Core and retrieving the energy needed to restore the Skylark.
He leaves a Recon Module explaining about the minerals in the Rank Mission: The Collector.
