Description

Echo, a knight who utilizes gear fit for a squad striker. The recipes he has produce weapons and gear focus on rapid, close-quarters combat. He is located in the Hall of Heroes, which is accessible through the Hall of Heroes mission. He sells a fixed list of recipes, but you will only be able to see and purchase up to a certain star level which is based on your clearance. All recipes purchased from this vendor bind upon purchase.
