Bootshuze is a stranger garbed in a black robe and black hat that resembles a scare crow hat. If you take the time to stop and talk to him he will tell you about the Gremlins. He will tell that the gremlins are a race of creatures who are incredibly adept at creating and dismantling all manners of machinery. He will also say that they were once a legion, of brilliant artificers and are quite powerful.
He will also tell you about their leader, King Tinkinzar. He tells you that their king is a powerful ruler and is the one who thought up the vision of the clockworks.
