Hector is a lost soul, based on the title of the nameless Lost Soul encountered in the Blackstone Bridge level of the Firestorm Citadel, sharing the same levitating behavior, skull shape, and other characteristics. Hector is located in the northwest area of Moorcroft Manor.

A levitating skull with unblinking blank eyes surrounded by roiling light.
