Acquisition (only during Winterfest) has changed over time:
- 2012: This scarf was introduced during the second Winterfest and was obtained from Randolph for Winter Wish tokens.
- 2013: The next year it was available in the Supply Depot for 750 energy as well as from Randolph.
- 2014: Methods of acquisition are in the list below. Winter Wish tokens now come in Green, Red, and White varieties, instead of just "Winter Wish."
- 2015: Scarf acquisition methods stay the same, blue "Joyous" style introduced for same pricing pattern.
