Description
This high-tech, high voltage device is not recommended for use in water, around water, or near people thinking about water. To be safe, you probably shouldn't look at it, either.

The bomb will detonate two seconds after placement, and will inflict Shock on any enemies that stand in the blast cloud for long enough. The cloud lasts approximately five seconds.
