It would appear that there are different vials/health capsules that depend on the depths you are in. Take this Health Capsule, for example: http://wiki.spiralknights.com/File:Medium_Health_Capsule.png
Derped - will be adventuring below Moorcroft. Also, the vials no longer have stars, even below Emberlight, so I will be uploading the new versions soon. Saphykun 19:37, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
