The Electron Charge is a 3-star bomb.
Description
A small electro-explosive charge with mysterious origins. It is capable of generating a crippling vortex of electricity.
Attacks
Creates a vortex that sucks everything in it's range in and throws them out at the end. It does not suck in Lumbers, Lichen Colonys, and Trojans
