It seems like all the accessories have the following description text:
"A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to [location]. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizer in the Haven Bazaar."
with [location] being one of the following:
the front of select helmets
the side of select helmets
the top of select helmets
the back of select helmets
the front of select armours
there are more, but these are the only ones I've seen.
Also, accessory names seem to work in the following fashion: [adjective] [accessory name]
