For all of the gripers, I have decided to find the location of the file for the blast bombs so you can get rid of the epileptic seizures as a bomber spams the everliving daylights out of them.
- STEP 1
Locate the files and rename them. Add something to the end of the file name to back the original up(ex "bomb_areaexplosion orig.dat").
File locations from;
-SK root folder
\spiral knights\rsrc\particle\explosion\bomb_areaexplosion.dat
\spiral knights\rsrc\particle\explosion\bomb_snarbarb.dat
\spiral knights\rsrc\particle\explosion\part_bomb_areaexplosion.dat
OR
-Steam root folder
\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights\rsrc\particle\explosion\bomb_areaexplosion.dat
\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights\rsrc\particle\explosion\bomb_snarbarb.dat
\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights\rsrc\particle\explosion\part_bomb_areaexplosion.dat
- STEP 2
Change the graphic if you like to something much less irritating.
- QUESTIONS mail kcVIP in game.
From the explosion folder where you just changed the names of the files make a copy the "royalconsume_vortex.dat" file and and rename it "bomb_areaexplosion.dat", do the same for "bomb_snarbarb.dat" and "part_bomb_areaexplosion.dat". The royalconsume is a gentle breeze compared to the epileptic over sized flash of a nitronome.
- STEP 3
Restart SK if you had it open, or just launch SK and go test it out.
